Brenton Wells is the King of Forgetting the Fat. He is not your typical personal trainer.. why? Because he's spent plenty of years dwelling on not having the perfect body, being overweight, hiding it away at the beach, constantly self critiquing and comparing himself to others.

Well not anymore! It's time to stop letting your body define who you are. Brenton found a love of health and fitness which helped him break free of these appearance based feelings. Being people focused makes him ready to listen and help you also finally break free and take a hammer to your scales.
