I'm Brenton, you can call me B, Brent, Wellsy, Mate, Oi You (I pretty much answer to anything lol). I'm a dog lover, previous overweight/unhappy human & now a fitness, health and running lover, binge watcher of Real Housewives & Below Deck.. and most of all you've found a personal trainer that will listen to you!

My journey took me through a huge load of shit from negative personal feelings and mental sabotage to constant self loathing judgement of myself by not feeling physically fit by society standards. By dealing and working through these issues it's helped shape me to become the guy I am today. 

From shit things great things come, and I love helping all people feel great about themselves through body positive outcomes, enjoyment of moving more and showing people that your body doesn't define who you are.
